Trevisana Raboso Frizzante Rosso Bio IGT
This semi-sparkling wine is an intense ruby red with purplish highlights. The bouquet is intense and elegant with hints of Morello cherry, wild berries. Dry and full bodied organic gem, with good balance and acidity.
Grapes are harvested, crushed, destemmed and then macerated for 15 days in stainless steel botte. After fermentation the clear running juice is decanted, and then aged for 1 year maximum.
