Floral aromas lead you into a very fresh, citrus and green apple palate. Beyond the initial fruit, the flavour has a lightly honeyed character.

Durello is a local Veneto varietal. Cultivated on the hills between Verona and Vicenza, the name derives from the word ‘duro’ meaning hard. The grapes are late maturing, quite small and have a robust skin. A naturally high acidity makes it perfectly suitable for making quality sparkling wines.
