Do you deliver to all of the UK?

Some areas have additional charges, e.g. highlands and islands. You can check this by clicking calculate shipping in your basket. We do exclude Northern Ireland and Eire.

Can I send wine to someone else's address, or to my work address?

Yes you can. At the checkout you can enter an address that is different to the registered credit card address. Great for gettin your delivery during the day at work.

Do I need to be in for the delivery?

Someone does need to sign for the delivery, and they must be over 18. Our drivers will ask for id if you don’t look old enough, and they will not leave your wine without a signature.

How can I remember my favourites?

If you are logged in, then you can click the heart on any product to save in favourites. Go to ‘My Cellar’ to see your ‘saves’. Write your own tasting notes and let ‘My Cellar’ store them for you.

Do I need to order a certain number of bottles?

No. You can order whatever you like, but there is a minimum post and packing cost so filling a box of 12 makes sense. It is also free delivery locally for orders over £40, or £150 UK wide.

Rest of UK mainland £12.50. Orders over £150 are sent free delivery.
The following postcodes incur additional charges; PO, AB, DD, FK, HS, KA, IV, KW, PA, PH, ZE, JE, GY.
