Orders & Delivery

When you place an order with us we know you can’t wait to taste it. You are in safe hands, and we do everything we can to ensure that your wine arrives quickly and in good condition.

We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days. We use a next working day courier service although small or single items may be sent by first class recorded post.

You must be over 18 years old or over to place an order with us. No deliveries are left without a signature, and our courier service reserve the right to ask for ID. If they are in any doubt as to the age of the recipient they will require ID. If ID cannot be provided and verified then they are not permitted to leave the goods. If no one will be in, you could have your wine delivered to your work address or a friendly neighbour.

We deliver throughout the UK mainland. Charges may depend by postcode area. For island deliveries please contact us to check delivery costs.

We guarantee your satisfaction and will replace any goods deemed unsatisfactory. Any unsatisfactory goods must be returned to us, and replacement or refund will be made.
