Novapalma, Organic Pinot Grigio DOC

Pinot is Pinot, right? Wrong.. some things are just way better.

A light straw yellow wine, fresh and fruity, with pleasant and gentle notes of wild flowers and fresh fruit. The taste is fresh, lightly mineral, balanced and persistent.

Limestone soil of marine origin. Subcontinental temperate climate, with mild winters, rare late frosts and windy summers. Rainfall is scarce (800-1100 mm per year), with an accentuation in autumn. Manual grape harvest, soft pressing and cool fermentation without maceration, using selected yeasts at a controlled temperature below 20 ° C. Then stored in stainless steel tanks under nitrogen to protect the wine from oxidative effect.
