Palazzi Garganega Pinot Grigio, DOC
Lightly aromatic with citrus and apple aromas. Fresh, gently honeyed fruit on the palate with a crisp, dry finish.
Produced from Garganega grapes grown around the Verona and Vicenza region, with the addition of 15% Pinot Grigio. Gentle pressing followed by fermentation at 16 to 18C, with selected yeasts. The wine spends 3 months on fine lees before bottling.
