Sogno del Sud Organic Nero d’Avola DOC

Deep ruby-red and violet flecks. Intense nose of pomegranate and wild strawberries and hints of red berry fruits. Soft and velvety, full bodied with smooth and sweet tannins.

From old vines on clay soil, trained in the Guyot style at 300 – 600 metres above sea level, producing low yield, high quality fruit.  Unoaked. A purely stainless steel ferment at 15c, leaving the true expression of the fruit to shine through.
