Description
Fresh elderflower and meadow aromas are abundant on the nose with hints of peach and apple fruit. The palate is off dry with gorgeous ripe stone fruit flavours and a pleasing, gentle well-balanced acidity. The finish is clean, long and incredibly more-ish.
A blend of free run and pressed juice fermented in stainless steel tanks before being carefully blended. 10% of the blend is matured in old French oak barrels for three months.
