Manos Negras, Pinot Noir
The bright sunny days, and high altitude, produce a deep blackish grape skin and dark fruit flavours while the cool mountain nights produce produce violet aromas and a soft, supple texture.
Aged in old French Oak for 9 months, with a tiny proportion (10%) in new oak to keep the bright fruit flavours.

Tim Atkin Argentina Report 2021 90 Points
Fresh, lifted and aromatic, this illustrates Alejandro Sejanovich’s desire to express “vibrancy” in his Pinot Noirs. All sourced from Patagonia, it has appealing pot pouri and ginger spices aromas, zesty red cherry and pomegranate fruit and very understated wood. 2021-25. 90 Points, TA, May 2021.
