A beautifully pale rosado free from any oaking.
Crammed full of juicy wild strawberry, raspberry and cranberry fruit. Crisp and well balanced with a long finish of strawberries and cream.
Tempranillo from a variety of soil types around the town of Manzanares in La Mancha. Ranging from deep clay loams with good drainage through to some very stoney soils with a break down of granites, giving quite differing flavour profiles. These offer raspberry and soft cherry spice with some of the smaller bush vine parcels giving an almost cinnamon and black pepper character.
