Borsao Borgia Blanco Macabeo
Fresh, lightly savoury nose of ripe peach, lemon and fennel. Peachy and cashew nut characters combine on the palate giving a broad, textural feel and clean, fruity finish.
100% Macabeo grown on alluvial soils in the foothills of the Moncayo mountain and the wider region of Aragon. After chilling the must, a short period of skin contact is followed by long slow fermentation at controlled temperature at between 22º and 26ºC in stainless steel tanks.
