Special, very special! A blend of three native Sardinian grapes, producing a real stunner. The grape varieties are, Cannonau, Carignano, Barbera Sarda. Appassimento method is used, allowing a proportion of the grapes to remain on the vines to partially dry out. These are fermented separately to the main harvest, producing an amazing intensity. This is then blended with the main harvest, a tradition handed down through generations for these old vines.
Intense aromas with hints of red fruits and mirto berries. Almost purple as it hits your glass, this wine is full bodied and round on the palate, with a balanced acidity and a long finish.
