Montresor Amarone Classico del Fondatore

Dense black colour and complex nose showing notes of black cherry, plum fruit and violets. The palate is smooth and round with a rich raisiny character, supple tannins and a long, and complex, finish. Threatens to be sweet but in fact finishes quite dry.
