A well balanced wine, with a heady mix of white stone fruit flavours, and a slightly tropical edge. Plenty of mouth-watering juiciness and length.
A grape famous to the region of Piacenza in Emilia Romagna, Malvasia is the backbone to many local blends. This pure version is just sublime.
Very mature and healthy grapes are hand-picked and selected. They are then pressed with a soft press method and allowed to ferment at a temperature that does not exceed 20 °C. Subsequently, the wine is left to age on fine lees for 3 months.
