Lessini Durello DOC

An elegant non vintage sparkling wines from the hills of Lessinia, Verona. Citrus and gently floral aromas lead to a very fresh and zippy palate with crisp green apple and lightly honeyed characters. A stunning example.

Vines are on old volcanic soils located between the provinces of Vicenza and Verona. Those soils, rich in iron, magnesium and other microelements, really come through to this high quality wine. Grape bunches are monitored and each hand picked at perfect maturity. Each bunch is further trimmed to ensure only perfect grapes make it to the winery for fermentation. A soft pressing and fermentation follows, without any maceration at controlled temperature below 20° C.
