Le Fou Pinot Noir

‘Le Fou’ translates as ‘The Madman’ as it has long been thought only a madman would try to produce the perfect Pinot Noir in southern France. Obviously fuller than Pinot Noir from Burgundy with warm, ripe cherry fruit intense and sweet with a savoury twist. Gentle acidity and tannins add balance to this smooth, appealing red, perfect if you prefer a riper, fruitier style of Pinot.
