Sourced from Gascony where Sauvignon Blanc typically displays excellent varietal purity, zippy acidity and characterful flavours. The grapes are sorted and pressed before undergoing temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Every care is taken to preserve the classic varietal Sauvignon Blanc notes.
