Aquiline Sauvignon Blanc

Vibrant Western Cape Sauvignon. At 11% ABV this sits in the lower tax bracket for duty, and so we are able to keep the price low.

Fresh lime citrus nose, with stonefruit and tropical notes and a hint of lemon grass. Green apple and ripe citrus characters on the palate with cleansing acidity and a nice streak of minerality on the finish.

Hand picked in the early morning, the grapes were softly pressed to tank and settled for 2 days. After a long, cool fermentation the wine stays on its fine lees for 5 months until bottling.
