Prices
Current web price supersedes all previous price lists, including paper lists. Cana Import Limited reserve the right to alter prices without notice, with the exception of a firm order placed.
Invoiced sales price includes VAT where applicable. The rate of VAT or categorisation of products is subject to change without notice, inline with changes to Government legislation.
Payment
Payment can be made using debit card, credit card, cheque or cash. Cana Import Ltd reserves the right to apply variable surcharges for the use of certain credit cards or indeed refuse to accept them. No goods will be delivered without payment in full. Cana Import Limited does not operate a credit facility. Title of products remains the property of Cana Import Limited until payment has been received in full and all payments cleared.
The Law
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to anyone less than 18 years of age. By placing an order you confirm that you are legally able to do so. Delivery may be refused if the recipient appears to be underage. Cana Import Ltd reserves the right to ask for proof of age at the time of delivery.
Delivery
All deliveries will be made as quickly as possible. If any item is temporarily out of stock it will normally be indicated as such on the web page. In addition Cana Import Ltd will notify you immediately by email of any out of stock item ordered and give you an estimated delivery date. Delivery is normally within 3 days of the date of your order, but Cana Import Ltd will not be liable for loss caused by delays in delivery.
