Making A Purchase
It is a condition on placing an order, with Cana Import Ltd, that your age is 18 years or more and that a person of at least 18 years old will sign for any delivery made to you.
We accept card payments. We accept most major credit and debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All prices are in Pounds Stirling. The prices include UK Duty and VAT. Delivery charges are additional unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to alter prices without notice in the event of currency fluctuations, changes in the rate of duty, VAT or other taxes, or market conditions. We reserve the right to end any promotion or discount without notice.
We endeavour to ensure that all prices are accurate. In the event that a product is incorrectly priced we will contact you by email to ask if you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we receive no reply within seven days we will cancel the order and notify you.
Shipping And Handling
Delivery Charges vary with quantity and type of product ordered. Please select the items you wish to order and your delivery charge will be calculated during the checkout process.
Items on our website are only available for UK deliveries and are not available for export.
We deliver throughout the UK mainland. For island deliveries please contact us to check delivery costs.
Where an order can be supplied from stock we aim to despatch within two working days. All items are usually despatched using a next working day courier service although small or single items may be sent by first class recorded post.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If an item is unexpectedly no longer available we reserve the right to offer an alternative.
Credit Card Security
Card numbers are only handled by our secure payments partner, Sagepay, an industry leader in online payments and online security. At no point do we see your credit card number or store it ourselves, and once it is used by Sagepay for the purposes of processing your order, it is securely discarded.
We guarantee your satisfaction and will replace any goods deemed unsatisfactory. Any unsatisfactory goods must be returned to us, for replacement or a refund to be actioned by us.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-represented.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
